Mosinee Cobblestone Ribbon Cutting - Photo by Tom Schumacher MOSINEE, WI (WSAU) – The Cobblestone Hotel hosted a ribbon-cutting and open house on Thursday afternoon to give people the opportunity to get a look at Mosinee's newest downtown addition. Cobblestone was founded in 2008 with the opening of its first location in Clintonville, Wisconsin. The chain has since become one of the fastest-growing hotel chains in the U.S., with over 165 locations open or under construction, 50 more in development, and spread across 27 states.
