Lakeland volleyball invited GNC-leading Mosinee to the LUHS fieldhouse on Thursday. The Thunderbirds took another set from Mosinee in a close contest. Mosinee beat the Thunderbirds 3-1 (25-22, 26-28, 25-18, 25-23) in Minocqua to keep their perfect conference record. Lakeland has now lost four out of their last five games. However, by winning one set, the Thunderbirds have now won at least one set in every first-to-three set matches. 'Playing strong teams is great for our program. We've made adjustments in multiple areas since we last played Mosinee,' coach Manson Morris said.
